1). Snack smartly
Earring snacks with the right ratio of nutrients, with the right calories, will help to keep our body energised and help lose weight.
2). Small frequent meals
Having 5-6 small frequent meals help to balance our daily calories intake. Skipping meals may cause our body to enter to a stage which called starvation mode, making it harder to burn fat.
